The six problems we see most often, each with the docs page that fixes it.
Keymaster and escrow errors
The asset must be granted to the Cfx.re account that owns your server key, and the resource folder must keep its name. The download, the licence key and the escrow checks in order.

Post in #pulse-issues for bugs (we go through it every week), or open a ticket in #open-a-ticket if it is urgent. Replies in Discord, typically within a day. Paste the start-up check from your server console; it tells us the framework, inventory, voice and database the phone detected.
Purchase and Keymaster questions have their own ticket lane. Verified buyers can leave a review with /review.

How is it delivered?
After checkout, Tebex grants the asset to the Cfx.re account you signed in with. Download it from Keymaster under Granted Assets. It is tied to your server's licence key, so buy with the account that owns the key.
Which frameworks are supported?
ESX Legacy, QBCore, Qbox, ox_core, ND Core, TMC and vRP 2 are detected automatically. Without a framework the phone runs standalone. Any other framework, including an in-house one, connects through the custom framework bridge.
How do updates work?
Updates are published to the same Keymaster asset. Download the new version and replace the folder, keeping your config files; the database updates itself on the next start. One-time purchases include lifetime updates; monthly plans include updates while subscribed.
How does the free trial work?
The 30-day trial is the complete Pulse Phone collection on your own server. After 30 days it continues at $25/month plus applicable tax unless you cancel before renewal. One trial per customer; manage or cancel through Tebex.
Can I run it on more than one server?
The asset is tied to the server licence key of the Cfx.re account that bought it, through Keymaster. For a second server or a transfer, ask in the Discord before buying so we can tell you what Keymaster allows for your case.
What is the refund policy?
Purchases are processed by Tebex, the merchant of record, and follow the Tebex checkout terms. If it does not work on your server, contact us first and we will help you get it running.
